Design Services
When placing a sign order with us, your initial sign layout (sketch) and one revision are
provided at no charge. Each additional sketch and revision costs $35. We charge
additional fees for layouts requiring conceptual art, detailed logo work, original illustrations
or layouts that do not result in a sign order.

Refunds and Returns
Returned merchandise must have prior authorization from closingtimesigns.com. Custom
merchandise is non-refundable. Orders may not be cancelled or returned because of
production times, delivery failures or damaged shipments, unless specified in writing by
Closing time signs management. Returns are the responsibility of the customer including
packaging, shipment cost and any damage that may occur during shipment.
